{ PROJECT OVERVIEW }
The Carnegie Museum of Art partnered with the School of Design to explore ways in which they could enhance a visitor's experience with art in their permanent collection.

We conducted the following research methods:
- Cultural Probe
- Contextual Inquiry/Interviews
- Questionnaire
- Observation
- Literature Review

Our design team developed and presented four concepts that fulfilled different needs and desires of museum visitors.
We were careful not to compromise a visitor's dignity or the museum environment, considering that many people value the peace and quiet of the gallery space.

{ APPLICATIONS }
